Air dryers are used to remove moisture from compressed air. Various dryer systems, including adsorption dryers, refrigeration dryers, and drum dryers (MD), each use their own technology.
The measurement of dry compressed air after the drying process is referred to as the “dew point.” A low dew point means that there is less water vapor in the air. The dew point indicates the temperature at which condensation begins.
Furthermore, accessories such as compressed air filters, compressed air tanks (air receivers), compressed air hoses, and oil-water separators can also be rented from air4rent.
The compressed air used should be clean and free of moisture. air4rent durfte für die VKW/Illwerke einen ölfreien 37 kW Mietkompressor mit 1.000L Luftkessel zur Verfügung stellen.
Der ölfreie Verdichter mit Frequenzregelung und integriertem Trockner wurde mittels Kran mehrere Stockwerke tief zum Einsatzort eingebracht und durch unseren geschulten Techniker in Betrieb genommen. Der Trockenläufer bläst nun die ölfreie Luft abwechselnd in die zwei Francis Turbinen, um die Vibrationen für Testzwecke zu minimieren.
